Pizza is always an answer for the hunger, for the need of something Crunchy or just some delicious Cheese. It is quickly prepared (only a little bit work on the Dough) and any topping can be chosen.     

Pizza base: 400 g Flour, 1 teaspoon fresh Yeast, 3-4 teaspoons of Sugar, a pinch of Salt, 3 spoons of Oil and  a cup of Water. Preparation: dissolve Yeast in warm Water with Sugar, pour it into the Flour together with the Oil and Salt. Leave the Dough covered and in warm place for few hours until it rises.

The Sauce is another the most important piece of the Pizza: 1/2 kg fresh (or caned) Tomatoes, add mix of Herbs (Oregano, Basil, Marjoram, ets.), 2 pieces of Garlic (smached), Salt, Sugar. Preparation: cook peeled Tomatoes with other ingredients (leave 1 peace of Garlic) until Sauce gets thick. The longer the Sauce boils, the more it tastes better. At the end add 1 piece of Garlic.

The Topping - any choice. Tomatoes, sweet Peppers, Chili, Herbs, etc. 
And do not forget the Cheese. The Royals of Cheese - Mozzarella and Parmigiano.

Be ready for the Pizza - with extra purple Onion and Jalapenos. Mhmmm:)
