Easy Sandwich is easy in any way. It tastes perfect, looks perfect and is Simple.

Ingredients: 1 bagete, Soya pieces fried with Spices (Chili, roasted and minced seeds of Coriander and Cumin, Salt, Sugar), Tomatoes and Cucumber, Lettuce, Freshness from Avocado Sauce (with Salt, Sugar, Oil, black Pepper and little of Lemon), Parmegiano.

While eating at the River, the Duck with the bunch of Ducklings have  been traveling Home.

It was a beautiful Spring Time, last year.

LOVE PIZZA

Pizza is always an answer for the hunger, for the need of something Crunchy or just some delicious Cheese. It is quickly prepared (only a little bit work on the Dough) and any topping can be chosen.     

Pizza base: 400 g Flour, 1 teaspoon fresh Yeast, 3-4 teaspoons of Sugar, a pinch of Salt, 3 spoons of Oil and  a cup of Water. Preparation: dissolve Yeast in warm Water with Sugar, pour it into the Flour together with the Oil and Salt. Leave the Dough covered and in warm place for few hours until it rises.

The Sauce is another the most important piece of the Pizza: 1/2 kg fresh (or caned) Tomatoes, add mix of Herbs (Oregano, Basil, Marjoram, ets.), 2 pieces of Garlic (smached), Salt, Sugar. Preparation: cook peeled Tomatoes with other ingredients (leave 1 peace of Garlic) until Sauce gets thick. The longer the Sauce boils, the more it tastes better. At the end add 1 piece of Garlic.

The Topping - any choice. Tomatoes, sweet Peppers, Chili, Herbs, etc. 
And do not forget the Cheese. The Royals of Cheese - Mozzarella and Parmigiano.
P.S. The Chili from my Garden:)

Be ready for the Pizza - with extra purple Onion and Jalapenos. Mhmmm:)

Lets start with the Spring!

When the Sun walks down from the clouds, flowers dresses in colorful blossoms. Everything is full of life and all the colors become brighter. 

The Nature starts knocking on our Homes with voices of birds and smells of the Freedom. Every detail in our Homes, which came from the Nature, is pleasant to touch, fills with life and revives our Mind and Soul.

Just take a piece of Oak. The Log.

Remove the bark. Sand it. Cover with impregnate (I chose colorless varnish).

Add three black legs. 

And put some flowers on it. Or imagine some books on it. Or a Cat. A grey Lazy Cat:)
