PARIS

From the first glance Paris seems a cold and a conceited City. A White City with a metal inclusions. Frankly speaking, I did not fall in love with Paris from the first step, as it happened with Amsterdam, my most loved City in the Europe. For me it is all about the mood of the City.

"You have to tame Paris" - as said our museum guide. And it is so true. Paris is a proud City, has strong Sophistication in the air, its own Gloss of Arrogance and, of course, many, many things that deserve to be proud of (not to mention museums, history, palace, art, inventions or fashion, or even how they came up with such difficult spelling and "r" sound:). And all that is in the air of Paris. You cannot escape this side of the City.

But when You meet with Paris closer and closer, You discover more and more enchanting and inviting atmosphere, involving rituals and touches of the French mood. Cozy streets with green inclusions, street life, memorable places of gathering and romance in the air. This is the Charm of Paris that people admire.
I will come back to Paris one day:)

SANDWICH IN BATTER

One more Sandwich:) It takes only 5 minutes. Well, maybe a little bit more, if You decide to prepare Home-made Cheese by yourself.  This Cheese is made from Sweet Milk and is very light and fluffy.

For one Sandwich: two pieces of Bread and Home-made Sweet Cheese, 

between Bread and Cheese - fresh Coriander Chutney, between Cheeses - 

Tomato-Chili Sauce. Soak Sandwich into the batter with Spices and fry it in a pan.

PERFECT KHACHAPURI

When You want something simple and delicious, Khachapuri is just Perfect. Just need to find a good Greek Cheese:) 

For dough: combine 1 tsp. Yeast, 2 tbsp. Sugar and 2/3 cup heated Water, leave for about 5 min. Add 1 tbsp. Olive Oil, 1 and 1/4 cup Flour (plus more for dusting) and a pinch of Salt, knead until smooth and elastic. 

Preparation: knead circle (like small pizza base), put in the middle grated Cheese, fold the edges and roll until the appearance of circle (Cheese should stay inside:). Fry in a pan for 10-15 min, spread with Butter after.

Perfect with fresh Mint Chutney!

With Coriander Chutney (ground Coriander with Olive Oil, Tomato, Ginger, Lemon juice, Salt, Sugar, black Pepper), grilled smoked red Pepper and Soya sprouts.

COLORFUL ABSTRACT PAINTING

When the Spring is coming, the need of changes or splash of color is coming too. The quickest way to change the mood at Home is to change some small details, like pillows, candles, vases with flowers, etc., or some bigger things, like works of art, carpets, paintings, etc.

This time is about the Paintings.
If You are lucky enough in searches, You will bring Home the Perfect Painting. But this requires Time, more Time and even more Luck.
This is why sometimes it is easier to paint the Painting by Yourself:) You can paint whatever You need and choose the coloring that suits the mood of Your Home at that moment and the interior desired to create.
